Waiting for 12 physical skip books

I purchased 12 books in March 2026 and have not received them. How do I go about troubleshooting this?

I can't see any record on this account.  Is it possible you used another email address for payment?

I purchased on 3/24/26 for $90.  I have nothing in my email, but it is on my bank statement.

Part of the problem is I cannot see the money side of things.  That has a lot more information, but also personal information so limiting the people who can see it is a good thing.

It also means it might be a while for them to get here,  i sent up the bat signal.  They usually reply in 24 hours...although it is a long weekend in some parts, so it could be longer.

I cannot see any completed transactions for that date on this thread.

Possible troubleshooting
. Could it have been bought on a different thread?
. The transaction was missing information needed to link it back here (might need money person to troubleshoot) .  This is usually related to an email that had a confirmation link... for this, they usually ask for the email address used in the transaction.  When they have that, they can press a magic button.

There is a user account with that name, but I don't feel comfortable sharing the details of another acount.  If it is yours, the next step is to log in, check under "my stuff" (circle top right will give drop down menu). If not there, post to here with that account so we can see both are you.

I do not see a purchase for 12 physical books on or near that date.  But maybe something is . . . different than it usually is.  Happy to look further.

Did you pay via paypal?  

If so, could you try logging in to permies with the email address associated with your paypal account?

I don't know the time frame for shipping things out, but it looks like a confirmation email will be coming your way in the next few hours if not already.   That should have more information.

Ive made this it's own thread so it can get the attention better of people who can fix things.  

Austin, I *think* you should have gotten an email at this point about the physical books from our shipper.  Do you see that?

for the email you provided, there was an order for 12 physical skip books today.  As in the order was placed a few hours ago.  Going to texas.

yup, that's the name.

Here is what i think happened.

An order was placed by stripe.  After the funds were passed over, our system said something like "the last step is to connect this purchase to a permies account.  Register or log in ..."  And the person buying didn't do the last step.  And an email was sent saying the same thing.  Last step still was not done.  

So the system sat on it.  

Then you started this thread.  I think beau went deep into the system and found the waiting transaction and manually connected it to you.  That made everything move again.  It showed up as a new purchase to me.
