Eco Room for Rent in North Everett

Hi there!

I am looking for a housemate who wants an eco-minded home.

There is plenty of space to garden (for a city lot, that is!), cook, hang out, do crafts, etc. I love the idea of a housemate who really wants to be a part of the space and make it their home, too. Not just someone renting a room.

I love keeping the household and gardens/yard with as low toxins as possible. And this is a place where water and resources are honored, conserved, and/or reused with gusto.

Someone who views the problem as the solution and how there can be no waste would fit in well here.

It's a lovely, safe neighborhood with cool old houses, plus it's on a bus line, and walkable to downtown, the Everett Marina, the local Co-op grocery, and a P-Patch if you want even more room to grow things. A cool feature nearby is this neighborhood bike repair / vintage clothing / restaurant / music place (yes, all of that happens at Wheel and House!).
