Stick 'em in soup or stock after peeling the outer layer off. Special secret ingredient to rich gelatinous broth.

Is there a trick to peeling them? Does steaming or boiling soften them up?

Chicken feet with ginger and soy sauce Not my recipe but it looks good. If you can find a nice Chinese recipe for chicken feet - those are delicious!

here's a standard way of peeling them.
I probably wouldn't bother peeling them for stock.
The only way I've eaten feet 'whole' is Chinese-style, but most Asian countries have versions.

I put them in the pressure cooker when I made broth, along with a lot of bones. Excellent for gelatinous broth.

I hear that chicken feet make wonderful broth but I have not had experience cooking them as a dish themselves. I wonder how many feet would be needed per person to truly be a meal?
