Anyone know of a good online grafting class? I want to take one locally but haven't found one yet.

I don't know of any online classes, but most university extensions have PDF books that they have produced about grafting. These links are to free downloads of some of these PDFs. Some are short, some are quite extensive. Pick & choose:
Penn State 12 pages
Colorado State 48 pages
Oregon State 108 pages
Pacific NW Bulletin 73 pages
