I give this DVD set 7 out of 10 acorns.
I have watched the first DVD only, I had no time to access bonus materials yet.
The first DVD is titled "Grow your own groceries" and contains a brief summary of author's knowledge on this topic - from growing veggies to skinning
rabbits. To be honest I was expecting more detailed guide, and more universal, more applicable for other situations (location/climate).
But apart from that this DVD contains a lot of useful hints on how to integrate plant and animal production in order to maintain garden fertility as well as to get enough meat production. It is very practical approach that can be applied by novice homesteaders.
I'm not convinced that as ad for this DVD says, after watching it, in less than 1 hour a day one will be able to grow a lot of healthy food in own backyard. Certainly not if you are a beginner and not in my climate, but on te other hand it is a good way to start. As the author, Marjory Wildcraft says "Growing your own food does take some time to master." And this is very true.
