Farm Manager Job Eugene Oregon - Urban Homestead focused on Herbs

We are a permaculture urban homestead with a focus on medicinal herbs. Must have at least three years of organic farm experience. Experienced in farmers markets and CSA a plus. Your primary job will be planting, harvesting, working with irrigation systems, setting up water catchment system, preparing starts for sale, CSA, vending, teaching interns, taking care of the chickens and bees, some herbal product making may be needed, but we have other staff for that for the most part. A Permaculture Design Certificate is highly desired but not required.

We have a commercial kitchen and make products available in the local natural food stores. We are located in North Eugene right off the bike path. This is a live in position, and includes rent, utilities, Internet, some meals in addition to a monthly salary. Since we will be sharing meals we prefer someone with a flexitarian diet, who is willing to butcher the occasional chicken.
