Sections:
17.16.010 - Purpose.
The primary purpose of this district is to encourage the conservation and protection of agricultural lands and to reserve areas for use by large commercial farms. The establishment of this district recognizes the importance of the agricultural industry in Grays Harbor County and provides protection for those soils and areas most suitable for commercial agriculture.

17.16.020 - Permitted uses and structures.
The following uses or activities are permitted in the district:
A. Commercial agriculture, horticulture and aquaculture;
B. Farm buildings;
C. Farm drainage and irrigation systems;

E. The sale of agricultural and horticultural products on the premises where such products are grown;
F. Marijuana processing and production;
G. Single-family dwellings;
H. Home occupations pursuant to the provisions of Section 17.60.050;
I. Riding academies;
J. Emergency medical and emergency fire equipment storage facilities;
K. Home day cares.

I live in the next county over from where this property is. If anyone is interested in seeing this from out of town, you are welcome here in my newly converted 2-story bus to stay overnight and perhaps take me with you! Have been searching for just the right land but this is a bit larger than can be handled by one person.

If anyone is seriously interested in this property, I am a seasoned permaculture entity who has plenty of extremely useful skills, items of asset as well as professional assets to add to this mix if anyone wishes to build an intentional community or desire to market their work.

The particular topography isn't exactly my cup of tea and the improvements take it outside my price-per-acre tolerance zone, but I definitely hope somebody on here snaps this place up. We need more permie farms in the area.
