Hi all,

My friend and i have been developing a food forest using permacultutre principles for a few years now and would love to meet up and or collaborate with some like minded folks in the near future. We are located in the south king county area of Washington state about 40 minutes south of Seattle. Unfortunately, most of our friends and peers don't seem to share a interest in growing food and striving for a more sustainable existence so i thought this forum would be a great place to connect with some people who do .

Regards,
Todd Hunt

Welcome Todd!

I'm living in Bothell with a big interest in food forest systems. I keep a prototype nursery up here and am always interested in collaborating
PM me with your strong areas and unfinished plans and we can see where we can help each other.

Welcome! I'm rather far north and east of you, and have a toddler and a baby on the way, so long-distance travel is not easy right now . I don't know if it'll help you, but I started a thread a while back to fill with bloggers/youtubers/websites/facebook pages of people in our area doing permaculture: [url=https://permies.com/t/52406/cascadia/Cascadia-Bloggers-Websites-Facebooks-Project]. I know that's not nearly as personal as meeting up with awesome people like Eric and Trinda, but I hope it helps!

Welcome again!

Hi Todd,

My fiance and I are moving to the Seattle area to start a permaculture homestead, we might be interested. Here's our thread... https://permies.com/t/56993/intentional-community/Seeking-minded-souls-Permaculture-paradise
