After cutting the head/tail off, skinning & gutting the snake:

Put it in a pot with enough water to cover the meat, add some lemon juice if available, simmer on med heat for about an hour.  Maybe toss a few herbs into the water to liven it up a bit.

The bones will just slide right on out

If the meat is a little bland,  put a good rub on and pan fried with a couple of slices of bacon.

That sounds good! I've only had it grilled, wrapped in foil.  Tasted good but a little tough and hard to get off the bone.

What about those huge ones currently spreading though Florida ? Looks like there are more than a few meals on each of those guys
Do they taste like chicken ?

If we had them here, I'd find out. I know they have hunts. I hope they eat them.
