I think this is
the most difficult time of year to start this. Fresh corn, apples coming up, then Halloween & Thanksgiving! You might want to just try cutting out just 1 big carb - either give up potatoes or bread.
When your ready to go full blast, I think it's helpful to be in the midst of a good book about the topic - I like Gary Taubes
books because they are heavy on the science. Just don't forget you'll need extra sodium to avoid getting "the Atkins flu."
