I didn’t put it on the scale because it was obviously more than 2lbs. I think you can see this from the amount that’s in the basket.
Instructions say:  - A picture of the bounty on a scale showing the weight (or you have so much, there is no need to weigh it)

I crushed and chopped garlic and steeped in apple cider vinegar for about 4 weeks and then strained it

I harvested and dried calendula from my yard. I steeped it in olive oil for about 4 weeks, strained it and labeled it

I picked a few fennel seed heads from the garden and used the more green ones because they had such a sweet intense flavor.
I used about a tablespoon of seeds and ground them up a bit in a mortar and pestle. Then I put a cup of water and almost a cup of sugar in a pot with the seeds. I brought it to a gentle boil and stirred it well to dissolve the sugar. I turned off the burner and let it steep for 20 mins. Finally I strained it into a jar.

Harvested willow from the creek and made a decoction

I harvested dandelion greens from the garden and crushed them in a mortar and pistol with a tiny bit of water to make a poultice

I greased the door hinges on my daughter’s door using coconut oil

I harvested nettles down by the creek, dried them on a basket mat and then sealed them up in a jar.
