This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Animal Care.

In this Badge Bit you will milk a cow or goat.

Here are some nice videos on milking cows and goats.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
 - you must milk either a cow or goat
 - you must get at least one gallon of milk from a cow, or one quart from a goat

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
 - you and an empty bucket beneath a cow or goat
 - you milking the cow or goat
 - you and the bucket full of the appropriate quantity of milk

So if I'm only getting about a quart of milk at each milking of my goat, can I show 4 milkings? To add up to a gallon of milk?

All my other girls are pregnant but even when they are all in milk I only get about 3/4 of a gallon at each milking.

Thanks

I'm 95% sure Paul would go for that. But I'm not him. I suggest taking the pictures and posting them. That's what I did to get 5 gallons of flood scraps for the Ruth Stout composting
