For this BB, you will grow at least one pound each of shiitakes, enokitakes, and oyster mushrooms indoors!

The requirements for this BB are to do the following:
     o you inoculate your medium
     o harvest at least a a pound each of shiitakes, enokitakes, and oyster mushrooms
     o this must be indoors

To get certified for this BB, post the following:
     o pic of inoculated medium for each mushroom type (and describe what the medium is)
     o action shot of harvesting each of the mushrooms
     o scale showing at least a pound each of shiitakes, enokitakes, and oyster mushrooms
