This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Natural Medicine.

For this BB, you will create an infusion of rosemary leaf. Infusion is a method of extracting desired compounds from plant material by steeping the material in hot or cold water, depending on the plant and its attributes.

To show you’ve completed this Badge Bit, you must post a picture or video of:
- your plants being harvested
- you making the infusion
- the finished  infusion

Rosemary  harvested from my garden and infused in boiling water for 5 min then left to cool in fridge. Very much like drinking a cup of pine needles with a burst of rosemary on the sinuses.
