This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Nest.

In this Badge Bit, you will clean a carpet with water (or steam) and suction.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
   - must use a nontoxic and natural cleaner
   - 100 sq ft minimum

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, you must provide proof of the following with pictures (or a video < 2 mins long):
   - before, during, and after of cleaning a carpet with water (or steam) and suction
   - show and describe what you cleaned the carpet with
   - demonstrate it meets the above stated requirements

There is 122 sqft here. I used a Hoover Max Extract All-Terrain. It took three tanks to clean the whole thing.

I deep-cleaned our living room carpet and actually got several stains out of the carpet. So satisfying.

I used an enzymatic stain remover from Azure Clean on the stains and let it sit for 10 minutes.

I then used our steam shampoo-er that was totally worth buying after going through several shampoo-ers that broke down and didn't do a very good job do begin with. I added a little bit of Oasis all-purpose cleaner and vinegar to the tank.

Look at that gorgeous floor. You can't even find the stains.
