This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Nest.

In this Badge Bit, you will remove knobs from shower or sink faucets to clean under.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
   - only natural cleaners

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, you must provide proof of the following with pictures (or a video < 2 mins long):
   - before, during, and after of removing knobs from shower or sink faucets to clean under
   - show and describe what you cleaned the knobs/faucets with
   - demonstrate it meets the above stated requirements

This was easier than I thought it would be. Once removed, I sprayed all parts with a vinegar/lemon/water spray and let it sit. Then scrubbed with an old toothbrush and a toothpick. There was some corrosion to the metal that couldn't be cleaned, but I did the best I could!

I cleaned two handles from separate bathrooms. Used our vinegar and water solution as well as baking soda and water. Lots of elbow grease using a toothbrush and luffa to remove the gunkiness.
