This badge bit (BB) is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in textiles.

In this project, you will sew a raincoat from oilcloth.

Here is a Air Force Great Coat:

How to Make Authentic Oilcloth

Minimum requirements:
  - use natural fabrics like cotton, linen, or canvas
  - must be knee-length or longer
  - must be lined
  - must include at least two pockets

To document completion of the BB, provide proof of the following as pics or video (< 2 minutes):
  - The fabric, oil/wax, and tools you will use for your project
  - Sewing the rucksack about halfway through
  - Finished raincoat (perhaps on a body)

Clarification: you can use the oilcloth you made for the Transform 1-yard of fabric into oilcloth BB.

Then YOU must do the pig's work! Read this tiny ad. READ IT!
