Sourdough book kickstarter planning - October 7th, 2025

1 week until launch day!!!

For the super supporter images I’ve put “your name in the book” on them. Does “kickstarter exclusives” written on it sound more appealing? Or a just a picture of the book with sparkly stars around it? Two options are attached below. I don’t have any sparkly star stuff on the computer so would have to find something online for that.

P.S. does anyone want a special kickback link to share on social media?

Hey I did try the Kickstarter notice thingy.  But in general Tech and I don't get along all that well,  I'll just wait until the 7th, then I'll send you a little something.

Launching 3pm USA mountain time on Tuesday.

I had to adjust the hardcover price because I’d miscalculated something. I’m glad I caught this now and not later, or I could have been in trouble… I am still keeping everything as affordable as possible, with a bunch of extra value added. This is going to be a really good Kickstarter!

The rewards are not showing properly in the preview in some browsers, but I am told this is a common glitch, and that it will all be fine once the Kickstarter is live.

I will be announcing this in the daily-ish email, so if the “notify me on launch” thing hasn’t worked, please sign up for the Permies daily-ish email and you’ll get notified that way (it’s worth signing up to the daily-ish anyway, because lots of quality Permies threads get shared in it all the time).

Also I set up a thread about the earlybird bundle. If you’ve ever wanted to grow your own grain, build your own picnic table, and have a picnic with a bunch of cheese, bread, and healthy desserts, be sure to back the Kickstarter early, because this bundle will teach you how to do all of this.
