Hello all you SKIP and PEP enthusiasts!  As we're polishing up the chapters of the book, we're looking for folks who would like to read through them and make suggestions.

If you'd like to give it a shot, check out this chapter: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wHRQvScnidKeX7qYkbpX2335WUjE80Q9Fn8BOj9z5Ns/edit?usp=sharing

You can either suggest changes or make comments.

To suggest a change, just write over the spot and it will put your changes in a different color and it puts a line through the original text.  If something went wrong and your change removes the original text, please stop and let me know asap.

To make a comment, highlight a spot that you have a suggestion for and it will give a little + symbol on the right. Click that and it opens up a comment window on the right where you can say your thing.

There are illustrations sprinkled around the chapter as well.  During layout, the words will get smooshed around the pictures so they look more integrated.

If you are logged into Google, your suggestions should appear under your name instead of some random made up name Google gives people.

Thanks and enjoy!

I think I did it. No idea if it worked.
I liked the Chapter. The writing is clear and yo the point. It is enjoyable to read. Just a few editorial suggestions, no big deal.

This Chapter is an easy read.  As added into the suggestions, I would like to see the serious SKIP peeps have a journal which will form their personal skills journey and in the future, their personal reference book.  I am keeping mine on my computer.  It is good to be able to add to each BB as the knowledge base grows from reading what others have learned or from personal experience.  The Journal shows growth and demonstrates competence.  It could be a physical document for those who like paper or have poor internet service. Above all, it will prove to Mike that Ferd has embraced the journey.

Well done, Paul and co.  Your format and manner of expression is as always entertaining, refreshing and educational. Your syntax and ideas are excellent and clear. "Gee bob" which is Johnson lingo for good job!

In closing the chapter with the availability of SKIP is encouraging to the reader.

What is not encouraging is the misleading of the promoting of the book with some hints on being able to find the folks with the land to pass on.

That's one of the main reasons I donated to this book but didnt discover that you do not, in essence, provide the resources in locating this land.

A list of the U.S. states and their websites or resources to find the land via accessors records, for example or how to locate probate property would be ideal and will attract more buyers into your book.

A reference guide of some sort at the end of the book is encouraging.

I thank you for the website and freebies for educational purposes though.

Eager Beaver on finding that rural affordable land.

I find it very full of qualifiers, I understand why they are there, no guarantees and all, but it makes it read like a political manifesto.

The government thinks you are too stupid to make your own lightbulb choices. But this tiny ad thinks you are smart:
