Devaka modified our software to make this simpler. Take a moment to look at the improvements to our PIE page. Maybe even test it to make sure it is working okay! :)
If everything is working perfectly, then i wanna send a dailyish saying something like
For a few days you can get 12 slices of PIE for $65 (normally $100). Reward good posts on permies with PIE! Get access to the private PIE forum with freebies and discounts. Get heaps of bonus features on the forums (my favorite is the green line).
Since you have two places to buy one slice of pie, I think it would make more sense to remove the “automatically buy pie monthly” slider and just make that the product you are purchasing in the first box that says buy pie for $10. Emphasize it’s a monthly subscription or something.
Then the place lower with the up and down arrow will let people buy a one off pie if they want.
This would keep people from accidentally registering to buy $600 (or $65) worth of pie a month which would cause refund headaches for you.
Within the 'What's Pie', 'Build Up Your Pie' blurb, it mentions earning pie by getting enough apples. Didn't that option go away several years back? Or is there a one-time threshold of apples that gets you pie that this refers to, rather than getting pie for every X apples?

The toggle "Automatically buy pie every month" is slightly confusing to me regarding the higher $$ amounts:
Would I be spending $65/month? (Or $600/month?), that's what it means to me on first read.
I can't tell if it's meant primarily for the $10 level, and that higher levels would replenish pie when user's pie runs out
Yes, $65 per month.
Devaka and i talked about this a bit. Normally, everybody wants the $10 per month thing. But there are some people that want many pieces of pie each month. And not that many that buy a bunch of pieces of pie just once. So we default to $65 per month and see how things go. We did move it to the top so it would be super clear.
Everything looked and worked fine for me, and the interface is clean.
The only user-flow thing I could see is with the recurring button defaulting to on, you'll get an increase in support requests when folks buy a whole pie or 12 whole pies and accidentally set it to recurring. If there is a way to get the paypal page to acknowledge that it is recurring, it would catch some amount of the accidents.

And now that's two people suggesting this ...
I definitely want to minimize headaches.
Maybe ... there are two sections kinda like there is now ... the first section is the old way - the toggle and the number of pies. And the second section is for one time bulk buys?

I'm not sure, but i think the current system is that when people get 20 apples, they get one slice of pie. But they don't get any more apple based pie freebies after that.
Maybe folks can confirm that this is the way things are working now?

That's my understanding too - a slice for the first 20 apples.
When you click [What's my Pie? - Pie perks - Find my pie] the page is very jumpy, and it doesn't keep those three selection at the top, IE: When you click on them it make you feel like you go to a completely different page. I see what your trying to do here, but it 'feels" disorientating. in the code its called <section class="myPie" id="my">
Also after, Special freebies and discount for pie members, I see a second copy of the [What's my Pie? - Pie perks - Find my pie] before the Uh Oh! As stated above.
If I see anything else I'll let you know.
Update: What's my Pie? When you click on it, it working with Line 357 code. Pie Perks is also working with that line of code, Find my pie is working with the Line 605, I believe this is why it feel so choppy.
Here is a video to show you what it looks like on my end and explaining everything I said above.
As many people have say the automatically buy pie every month needs to be changed. I just bought pie and I am now trying to not automatically buy pie every month. There needs to be a cancel button somewhere so if this happens again it would be easy to fix. I feel having an option of buy X pie every month is the way to go. Or have the automatically buy pie every month in the off position to begin with that way people would not make the mistake I did the other day. Also, I feel it is a Richard move to have the automatically buy pie every month on to begin with.
It is not a big deal right now to have it buy every month but I will be changing this soon, like before the end of this month. On the whole it looks good.
