I have this weed that grows In my north texas yard. My chickens absolutely love it. Its soft and pretty and my rabbits like it too. For the life of me I can not figure out what it is called though. Can anyone help me?

There are a few plants that look very similar.  My guess is it is Hedge Parsley https://aggieturf.tamu.edu/turfgrass-weeds/hedge-parsley/

We have a ton of it on our place.  Very nice for compost.

Woops...looks like I posted a related species in the same genus with the same common name, but with a quick search it looks like they have the same edible uses.  For the one Tyler lists they claim that the young leaves are passable for parsley.

It doesnt have any flowers. Sorry those little yellow ones are from a different weed. They look mostly similar. Except the stems are different. This grows in patches but it grows upwards. More like tuffs

Yep that's the same thing we have.  Starts out low then shoots up.  White flowers will appear at the top, followed by tiny little burrs that stick to your socks.

burrs. I love this stuff I don't want burrs. I was even debating growing it XD so is it hedge parsley?

I can't quite tell from your pictures: Are the stems hairy or smooth? Does it have purple splotches on the stems, or is that just a dark band near the leaf node?

Maybe you can get your chickens to keep them from going to seed (getting burrs).

The flowers are good for native pollinators, so if you can leave a patch to bloom, that would be helpful.  Also, it is an annual and will eventually disappear from your land if you don't let some go to seed.  Just control it where you plan to walk, to save your socks, and let it go elsewhere and you should have no problems.
