Trying to describe the shape of my property in a post as; (21st letter of the alphabet) shaped but javaranch does not like it.

Yup, there are a bunch of short hand acronyms and the like that are confusing for those who use English as a second language.  So if you need to say that particular letter to describe a plumbing fitting or shape, I think it works if you put quotes around it.  As in "u" or "U".

I think this falls into the space of "you must be thoroughly punished for the actions of those that have come before you."

Or maybe it is "U must be thoroughly punished for the actions of those that have come before U."

(it is nice to have superpowers)
