Well i started this Passionflower from a stalk 2 years ago in the spring (possibly 12 inches tall). At the end of the summer we got 3 flowers for the year. Without any help from me it wintered over fine and continued to grow and this summer it has gone bonkers. There must have been 20-30 flowers already and its climbing ability has been tremendous (vertically and horizontally). I am hoping for some fruit at some point.

Yeah, once the flowers get pollinated they will set fruit. Each flower that gets pollinated will produce a fruit so,....it looks like you’re going to have a ton of fruit soon. I like to pop the fruit open and scoop the inards out into a pitcher of water. After about a day or so, the seeds will slip from the gelatinous pulp then you can strain the seeds from the fruit/water mixture, add some sugar to the mixture and you’ll have a lemonade like refreshing summer drink.

I believe it is Passiflora caerulea. To be honest I did not think it would do much of anything in this climate and we lost the tag and the place we bought it at has closed .
Its aroma is like honeysuckle and a grape cool aid packet combined.
I never realized how many varieties there are! https://tinyurl.com/y3efaxfn

Bumblebees are what pollinate mine, all those "large bees" of various types.
There is a saying with these guys that for the first year they sleep, the second they creep, then the third they leap. You've got a leaper. Look forward to seeing what kind of fruit you get!!
