It's International Beer Day

Beer is one of the oldest drinks the world has ever known. International Beer Day gives fans worldwide just one more excuse to have a round on the first Friday in August. Beer has a reputation as the drink of choice for the ordinary working man or woman.

I like cooking with beer.  We usually add a can of beer when we cook a pot roast.  It would go well in stew also.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to dis a major holiday.  I tossed three in the fridge and will cash in as soon as finish the eve chores.
