I heard in a video that eating unflavored gelatin is helpful with the maintaining a healthy cushioning between the bones. Joel Wallach "DEAD DOCTORS DON"T LIE" was the title of the youtube video.
I tried adding the gelatin to my earl grey tea, and it was decent. So I stirring a little unflavored gelatin to my hot coffee. The result was pleasing it seemed to me. with Hot Cocoa... Yummy.

Has anyone tried it with a warm hot chocolate or eggnog like COCQUITO? you know the puerto rican eggnogg that can be made without rum some of the time.
Please let me know if you have tried this with any of your warm beverages, and if so, what were they? How did it go?

Yep.  Love it

Old English drinks and foods for convalescence had something like that.  Great for the digestion.

Hi, I have put it in my OJ, and on oatmeal in the mornings but never thought of hot beverages. Thanks for the thought.  Yes unflavored gelatin helps coat the joints to move more freely and lessen the arthritis pain. At least it works for me. But it takes quite a while for the pain reduction to be noticed.  Another trick is to use bone broth fat. Just cook your bones in water in a slow cooker for 24-48hrs. Skim the fat off and have a teaspoon every morning. Wonderful stuff.  Thanks again for the hot beverage idea.

Whatever you say buddy! And I believe this tiny ad too:
