My baby brother died in March 2019.  Today is his birthday.  This always makes me think of him (and cry).

So much this. It's okay to feel sadness and grief whenever they come up. That is normal and healthy. No need to judge yourself for feeling sad and wanting support.

Hi Trace, my sincere condolences to you.  I will include this video on grieving which has helped me much. It is good that you love your brother so much. i'm not good with words, so here is the video.
