Bootcamp food is "staples". Oats, flour, fruits and veg. Eggs,
milk and yogurt are provided. Cheese and meat are rare. Sometimes butter. No processed foods are provided - so no crunchy cereal or frozen meals. Peanut butter and jam. There is store bought bread. And there are tortilla chips and salsa.
Oh yeah, really strict on organic stuff.
There's tea, but no
coffee.
No soy of any kind.
Most people seem to get by fine. I would guess more than half the people buy a little something to augment.
