I have a manual sausage stuffer made of stainless steel. It is great for making tasty sausages without any unwanted additives.

You can cook, fry or bake the sausages for immediate consumption. But you can also cure them to last in room temperature - no refridgeration needed.

Using it requires no electricity. Many makes and models available.

Hi Kaarina,
That looks pretty cool. What brand is it? Where did you get it?

Mine is fron Vevor, a german food service supplier. Costs appr. 120 euro (about the same in USD).
Really easy to use and clean. All stainless steel, even parts (apart from the gasket seal).
