this is a useful (and free!) resource that came out last year https://perennialagriculture.institute/2023/01/10/trees-with-edible-leaves-pais-latest-publication/
We have made wild salads for a long time, for ourselves and our market, a 100% tree salad is a challenge I've always been working towards. Lots of stuff in the Spring, Basswood/Linden is probably my favorite.

If I'm not taking my time, who is?
