This in Michigan. Geez, just when you're about ready to give up on humans, they go and do something selfless and awesome. Wow.

That looks remarkably efficient.

No cardboard boxes, no heavy lifting, no external energy and in less than 2 hours.

NBC cover of the story

All you need is one vaguely competent person at the start to send them out in the right order and one at the receiving end and you don't even need to sort it afterwards.

Great way to build community!

Hi James,

I suspect coffee and donuts …or some such … figured in there somewhere.  But, it is a cheap price for the move….and it is an even cheaper price for the advertising.

Yep, it says they managed to move them in alphabetical order!
Still it does say something about their customer base, and local support for their community.

Yes, I'm sure there was some volunteer appreciation in the mix. Then again, doughnuts come and doughnuts go. The warm glow from community awesomeness would linger for a long, long while. Especially in these angry times.
