Hi. Curiosity about Mister Holzer. Believe my first encounter was thru paul wheaton. I'm finding ethnobotanical and herbal approaches to be better suited to my personal goals. Wondering what makes Sepp Holzer's approach unique, or why he enjoys so much support from the forums. curious about where to find an accessible introduction.
