Amazing! Inspiring! Love the solutions for smaller spaces! I would like to see this type of furniture incorporated into a tiny house or any kind of alternative structure that is built to a smaller scale

those are very clever.  what does it for me, though, is the lifetime warranty.  I haven't seen any prices, but I would be willing to bet that the expense would be hard to justify unless they'll last a very long time.  the warranty suggests that they will.

has anyone seen prices?

my dad mentioned a place in Bellevue, WA that makes similar furniture.  haven't tracked it down yet.

Unfortunately I can't get the image(s?) to load. What we did in our tiny cottage is build everything in. Now that we've lived here three winters I have even more ideas on how I would have built more into the walls, honey combing them with storage spaces.

the ideas presented by resource furniture are refined and incredible as pieces of design, but i doubt that anyone on this website could afford anything from that store.

anything that requires you to ask for a quote after selecting the various fabrics, etc., means that it's out of the price range of anyone who's poor enough to worry about permaculture and the environment.

I'd love to see some 'home built' versions of space saving furniture.  We're going to be starting renovations at the old house at the farm soon and my other half wants to build something like an old fashioned 'settle' that can be used as either a bed or a sofa and has storage underneath so we can accommodate occasional visitors.  And we haven't even started to plan things like storage..

Walk through a few boats (live-aboards) and camp trailers or pickup campers -- you'll get a lot of ideas from those.  In a house, you could build with heavier and sturdier materials.

Funny, I immediately recalled the episode where Kramer had the japanese business men sleeping in drawers.
