I am aware that some people are getting an error. It is related to the number of people trying to access the file at once. Aweber limits the number of request to 60 per minute. We are trying to optimize the code to minimize the number of requests per user. However, if you just try a tiny bit later, it should work fine.

As soon as I saw the error "rate limit exceeded" in the text, I realized that too many people were downloading at that instant. I waited at least half a second and probably as long as a whole 2 seconds (hey I am patient!) and tried again and it worked the second time. Woo hoo!

yeah I got errors twice then waited tried again and had no issue.

Anyone know if the appendices are available? I downloaded the first link but it doesn't have the appendices in it.

The book appeared to download fine but when I try to open it I get this message (The file “the-greenhouse-of-the-future-ebook-optimized.pdf” could not be opened. It may be damaged or use a file format that Preview doesn’t recognize.) I downloaded both options for computer. I have an older macbook but everything it pretty much up to date and haven't had a problem opening a pdf in preview before. Any suggestions. Thanks

Hmm, I would suggest just trying a few more times. We have had this happen in the past but a lot of times when people try a few times it works. Let me know if you are still having a problem and we can investigate further.
