Here in Canada, we have the world's worst internet provider - Xplornet. Customers made a site about it:
http://xplornetsucks.com/ . Though I noticed this year it's been offline, so not sure if some legal action happened or what. Even when considering national media outlets reported poorly about Xplornet, it never really did much to their profit-line apparently.
As someone in the rural, who gets screwed over a lot, the best vengeance is that of the old saying: "the enemy of my enemy is my friend." Linking people towards the competition is the important icing on the cake.
Example: Our
local car dealerships that have horrible service, because they are the only game in town, want $50 for a bulb or $300 for a rear tail light assembly - this doesn't include installation. So instead I just go
online, find a site to ship the parts for 1/10th the cost while showing all my other displeased friends and that is sweet
enough for me.
Anyways here's some stuff that might help:
"GXi makes products under the Stanley, Beast and DEK names. GXi is U.S. company, headquartered in North Carolina. They do directly own manufacturing plants in China, so if you are dead set against any "Chinese products" please take note."

haha I have a German friend who is a lawyer and he has a similar reaction when I tell him about such shenanigans over here. "why the hell do you guys put up with that?".
