I just downloaded it. Quickly and without a blip. And my internet connection is mediocre.
Anybody else download it okay?
Dan, what is your internet connection like? What is your browser and os? Is it possible to try something else, or a different internet connection to see if we can narrow the problem down?

Internet connection is fairly stable and I do not usually have issues.
I made a rookie mistake not to try another browser and It's working now.
I WAS using OSX and Chrome initially and that did not work.
I'm NOW using OSX and firefox now without a problem
Having issues downloading the audiobook using the farm hotspot. Any idea how I could get the download link on my phone (where i'd really prefer to have it anyway). Copying the url didn't seem to work...
Oliver, you have two accounts. If you log in with account A and buy the product and then log in with account B .... account B does not have access to the product.
When we made the audiobook, we were told that m4b is the gold standard for people that enjoy audiobooks.
At the same time, people that don't consume a lot of audiobooks said "can I just get an mp3 file - but, you know, not the whole five hours in one mp3". So we also provided a bunch of mp3 files (one per chapter) in a zip file for those folks. I think we have provided upgrade paths for 75 cents for each from each.

eBooks for the last few years are best enjoyed in the epub format. You need an epub reader.
I have m4b player. I also download an Ebook almost every single day from somewhere. I have not had a problem with either. It is a good thing I hold your material in high esteem because I will look into Epub. Hold my beer....
Since there seems to be some confusion about this particular file I thought I'd add something useful to the discussion
An MP3 or MP4 (the aforementioned gold standard) are audio files that need an app to run properly. There are a number of apps that can do this but I'd recommend VLC media player (the silver standard)
You can get it here VLC Although you can download it from a variety of places, I think its always best to go to the source of the coding
They have Windows, Mac, Linux and Android
VLC is free and can play both standardized audio and video files without issue. For those of us who don't have this nifty program I highly recommend you use it as its saved my bacon on more than one occasion. Of course I would encourage you to throw them a few euros because the app really is rock and roll.
As to Epub there are some wonderful freeware programs that will work and are just a search away
yes Edge can be used to read epub files but the interface is not very sophisticated
I prefer using an Epub to PDF converter
PDF have some great audio options so you can listen to them as well.
For those who are already familiar with the process and are just at a bottleneck my apologies. I know the frustration of following procedure only to get a pop up error message.
Best of luck with your decision.
I downloaded the file via firefox 88.01, checked with a trial run and am listening to it on VLC right after posting here
I now see that this thread is very old, so perhaps everything worked out but its probably not worth deleting this comment as it might help someone later down the line
Never attribute to malice that which is explained by ignorance or the inability to listen
