Sorry, starting and finishing egg pictures are backwards. The pan was so hot that as soon as I threw it in, it started cooking.

Here is my submission for the Rocket - Sand - Startup and Cook on a Rocket Cooktop BB.

I used the cooktop/batch box heater at Allerton Abbey during BB20.
