This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Nest.

In this Badge Bit, you will install coat hooks by a door to the outside.

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
   - must be mounted to something secure
        - for example - studs, brick, masonry
        - not drywall
   - needs to be two hooks (could be one fixture that has two hooks on it)

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, you must provide proof of the following with pictures (or a video < 2 mins long):
   - before, during, and after of installing coat hooks by a door to the outside (mounted to some structure)
   - demonstrate it meets the above stated requirements

I put up the coat hooks that I made yesterday from a tree branch! This is the garage door that leads to the outside. I used a stud finder to locate the studs.

Hubs taught me a trick years ago to find studs. Take a very strong magnet and glide it over the wall gently. When you get close to a nail or screw in the wall you can feel the magnet "snap" over to it. (I love his rare earth magnet)

I found 2 screws and made light pencil marks which are. Covered by my coat hooks.

The hooks are hung by the patio door which is our main door unless we are leaving the property in a vehicle.
