I've never made this before, but thought I would give it a try.  I didn't have horseradish, so I ordered some.  When it gets here in a couple days, it will be added.  Currently, the recipe has garlic, onions, habanero peppers, orange, lemon, turmeric, ginger, apple cider vinegar.  It looks and smells good, but very hot.  I hope I can drink it, since I made a lot :)  Guess I'll know in a month, although chances of me waiting that long until I try it = 0.

Ok Trace, what's the story on fire cider?  Is this a health cocktail? Looks tasty.

It's supposed to be.  I'm skeptical about things that are purported to have magical healing powers, but considering the ingredients, this should be a very healthy thing to drink, regardless of whether it wards off coronavirus, vampires, or the walking dead.  Fire cider has long been a traditional health drink and I can't see any drawbacks.

Throw in a Tbsp of olive oil and it would make a good dressing.  Or just eat the veggies right out of there.

Reminds me of another tasty treat: PICKLED JALAPENOS AND CARROTS

Diane, I got it from foodiewithfamily, found here: Fire Cider recipe

Since it's on a website for public use, and I gave credit to the site, I would think it's okay to post it.
