How do I get apples?

i would like to post in a forum but can't figure out how. i saw something about having enough apples, how can I get apples? help!!!

Hi Goldie, most forums don't require any apples to post in. But forums in the Cider Press do have a minimum threshold.  That's so that people can prove themselves to be good posters before we let them into discussions of politics, parenting and other charged subjects.  That way we keep out the trolls.

To get apples, you just need to make good posts, be helpful and be nice and people will give them to you.  It comes with time.  I think I was here a month before I had enough to post in the Cider Press.  But maybe that was my own fault.
