Darn! I wanted the Alot monster to pop up!

Her post on depression IS funny, and, I think, also incredibly enlightening about dealing with depression.

Allie has just reported she will be back after a long hiatus.

Paul posted one of her charts in cake v pie, and then posted more about her site in the tiptheweb.org thread in the tinkering forum.

Go to http://hyperboleandahalf.blogspot.com/ and read a post or two. You'll see why that even after no post for 18 months, over 1400 folks have commented that they are there, waiting for her, and cheering her on.

Not only has Allie come back, but now she has a new book: Hyperbole and a Half. (That's an affiliate link that benefits permies.com.)
