Does anyone have a list of easy fruits to grow from cuttings and what is easy to propagate from Air Layering?

I am in Zone 7B (North Alabama) where the summers are hot and humid and long and the winters short and wet (down to 10F).  We often have late frosts.

I want to expand my orchard and am looking at growing from cuttings over the winter in my hot room.  I also want to air layer from the trees/vines I have.

I live in Middle Georgia and have air layered a Celeste fig. I also successfully rooted clippings of grapes (Lakemont if I remember correctly.) I almost successfully rooted a holly but it got heat stress and died. I hope to try again. Yuccas  will divide easily here, too. Apparently blueberries will root easily, but I've never tried.

What I usually do when I'd like to propagate a specimen is to research the best method for that particular species.

Blackberry will easily root, as will raspberry.

I have had good success with air layering non determinant tomatoes. They put out an excess of side shoots so instead of pruning them I air layered them first then cut them free and planted them and they fruited right away.  So with a frost free area and extra light I hope to have flowering plants in February.
