I have always had a soft spot for guineas.  And if I were able to have some these might be the ones I would get, if they were available here.  These are absolutely the prettiest birds I have ever seen:

They are gorgeous! I bet they'd not only be good bug managers, but there'd likely be a market for the feathers for crafts (harvested responsibly of course!)

Oh my GOSH, I agree. I hear they don't even sound as obnoxious 🤣
If I remember correctly, there's a breeder called Spectrum somethingorother who has them occasionally. I definitely am interested.

They are NOT cold hardy like normal guineafowl. They are available but usually only as adult birds at 350$ pair and up plus shipping. They are more skittish than regular guineafowl. They are beautiful but a lot of work to maintain.
