Digital Market download issue

I just got a technical question from a customer of my product in the digital market:
"Hi mike, I'm trying to figure out how to download the worm bin manual."

Did I make a mistake in setting up the thread? Is everything working as it should?

I'm looking at your thread (https://permies.com/t/163495/Worm-Bin-Design-Plans), and usually the purchased thing is either:

(A) Between the [ premium ] tags. Usually this is where videos are embedded. Stuff inside the [ premium ] tags isn't visible until someone has purchased or been given access to the thread/

(B) In the attachments. On digital market threads, the stuff in the attachments isn't visible until someone has purchased or been given access to the thread

Looking at your thread, I don't see anything between the [ premium] tags, or in the attachments. But, this is a simple fix! Just edit the thread and add your document (probably in the attachments).

People who have already bought access to the thread, will be automatically able to download it--all you need to do is tell them that it's attached now.

If they get lost finding the attachment, you can always point them to the How to Access Digital Market Goodies thread.
