as I look through "my stuff" I would really prefer all transactions to be listed on my ledger!
I had no idea what DM meant so never looked at those pages ( is it Digital Marketing threads?)
I got billed twice on paypal and could not find a reason for it in my stuff because it was "hidden" in the DM threads - gifts I manage page.  This was confusing and frustrating and I'd really love to see everything in one place.

DM = Digital Market. I wonder if this would be clearer if it said "Digital Market threads - I own," rather than "DM threads - I own." This would take up more space, though, and might look funky on mobile, which is already a bit tricky.

Interestingly enough, when I click "My Stuff" it takes me directly to the "DM threads - I own." Is that where you land when you go to My Stuff, too?

It sounds like you bought a giftcode, but didn't know where to locate it, and so accidentally bought a second one? Does the "Finding and Using Gift Codes" section in the How to access Digital Market Goodies and Gift Codes help?

I'm looking in the "ledger" section in your My Stuff, and I'm not seeing any actual purchases today, let alone two things. It looks like you paid $0 for access to one of the PDC evening presentations. Maybe something funky happened to result in you getting charged by Paypal? if so, this is a bug that we want to find and fix. Any additional information would be really helpful

Thanks!

Hi Nicole,
Thanks for all the information! The link you offered doesn’t really help with my question/issue.

I bought the tour on Sept.22 then clicked the wrong button and got a gift code for the tour but it didn’t show up in my ledger - which is a name I associate with ALL transactions - so I had two charges on PayPal but only one (that I could find) on permies.

Paul already processed a return and asked me to share the multiple ledger issue here. Any accountant person would expect “the ledger” to include all transactions with the links (on the left) below it to represent subsections of the ledger.

So, maybe my question is for Devaka: where is the master ledger?

I got this tall by not having enough crisco in my diet as a kid. This ad looks like it had plenty of shortening:
