It's Halloween this weekend, so here's my spooky picture for your enjoyment!

Friday morning is when I reflect on the week just passed. I upload a picture here, have a think and write a few words.

Winter is coming . . . I've gone from shorts and t-shirt, to thick trousers, layers, cotton shirts and an extra blanket on the bed. I love it! I'm a hot bod so being able to regulate my temperature with layers is my preferred way of being. Once again, the wonderful people of permies have opened my eyes and helped me see the world in a new light. I've had help with sewing and making winter curtains. I'll be visiting a thrift shop this week and looking at as a textile resource.

I'm still fasting for at least 16 hours a day and feel great on it. My belt has come in a notch and I'm full of energy. It feels too good to be true.

Have a great weekend and week ahead.

Perfect for today.  Is that a monkey's hand or some sort of ape?

It’s the paw of a massive flying fox (fruit bat). They have a wing span of more than four feet.
