getting into the RMHJ kickstarter support forum

If you are having trouble getting into the private forum for the RMHJ kickstarter support, please post to this thread and we will get you sorted.

The #1 issue why you cannot get in: your kickstarter email address does not match your permies.com email address.  If you add your kickstarter email address as a "secondary email" in your permies account (click on the circle in the top right corner and then click on "edit profile") then the system is smart enough to then give you access.

This is where the link brought me if I am having problems with the living mulch & cover crops video.

I got the email, but all I can find is an opportunity to BUY access to the video.  

I did not click to buy or put into my cart.  At that point I didn’t realize it was part of having backed the kickstarter

Emails do match between Kickstarter and Permies, but name does not match between the two, because the name on the credit card is not the same as on Permies

How should I proceed?
