Urban garden 100,000 calorie documentation thread!

I planned to start this in the spring with the new growing year, but I'm seeing that I have documentation and calories this year/fall that gives me a good start on this to begin.  So taking an example from others and starting a documentation thread to journal this as I go and organize my photos, etc.

I tend to grow, harvest, and eat daily so not sure what this will look like in the end, but there are a few things that seem to come all at once and give me a more measurable harvest/calorie count.   It might take me a while do,  I tend to have a LOT of different things in small quantities, more than one big harvest.   And I don't eat many carbs so no big potato crop or anything.   But I am 100 sure this CAN be done on a small urban lot!  

I'm starting my first post here with pumpkin,  runner beans,  sesame seeds, and strawberries.    

Strawberries:   1/2 gallon           380 calories
Sesame Seed:  1 cup                   850 calories
Pumpkin:    12 pints/ 24 cups    1176 calories
                    4.5 lbs fresh            530 calories
Runner Beans:  9pints/19 cups 1900 calories    

TOTAL:   4836 calories

Pumpkin, strawberries, runner beans all growing in the same garden area,  along with sunflowers, zinnia, peppers, mustard, and sochan.  

I read your community allotment post, which led to your sesame seed post, which led me here. Looking forward to seeing more from your garden! So far, you've inspired me to try growing sesame seeds.

First harvest of the 2023 season from my sochan (rudbeckia lanceolata) patches,  grown from seed 4 years ago.  

3.75 lbs = 525 calories

Strawberries:   1/2 gallon           380 calories

Runner Beans:  9pints/19 cups 1900 calories

Second sochan harvest   2lbs  (140 per lb)      280 calories

and FIRST Rhubarb harvests!  2.2 lbs   calories: 1148  (116 per 100g)

Ah,  after a much too long break,  I'm here for an update,  photo dump, and calorie count for the 2024 growing season!!   Slowly ticking away at this!  
this is the first year that I have SUCCESSFULLY grown and harvested a variety of root vegetables in any real productive amount, pretty excited about that.   Unfortunately I ate a lot of stuff before I remembered to start taking pictures and measuring things again!   LOL   so here begins my running total with photos for this season.

MY FIRST 10K + calories!!   Only 85K more to go....   ROFLOL.  

This is the first year I've grown Roma tomatoes for preserving,  and also more slicing toms than I usually do.    They've been coming in gangbusters this year!
