Hello everybody! New to this website and this post is my first one. Here's my thinking about joining forces with someone:

Good fit for me would be someone who has everything that I lack: Years of experience. Successful track record. Owns property. Going concern.

What I feel that I offer: Funds. Professional background in environmental sciences. Have been interested in having equity in a sustainable farm for some time. Hard, tireless worker. Creative, synergistic collaborator with vision. Good at investing, planning, business management, and getting results.

I am an American guy. I lived abroad for 20 years. Among other things, I am an inventor and have a global perspective.

I am down to earth and it is easy to relate to me about just about anything. I have no problem connecting with all different types of people. But at the end of the day, I am interested in getting results.

Feel free to contact me at: wcminvents@gmail.com if you like.

Happy trails!

Hi and Welcome to Permies!

I moved your post to a place where it was more likely to be seen by the type of person you are looking for. Is there any particular geographical area you would want to end up? These types of posts are often found in the relevant geographic forum listed in regional forums
Another thing you could try is mentioning your desire to partner with someone who has land in the Introductions forum . You may also find that participating in the Skills to Inherit Property program can help you demonstrate skills to a person with property- totally optional of course!

Hi Chris!

I am a landowner with a hobby farm and I just posted in this forum.

I would be interested in a dialogue as I am exploring options for how to structure my farm llc and potentially recruit a partner (or more).

If you are interested in chatting as a kind of thought experiment I would really like to hear from someone like you who is looking for a startup opportunity.

Cat, thanks for moving my post! I am interested in exploring any and all opportunities here in the US. Your suggestions are helpful.
