Hi, I'm not a gardener. I'm an amateur health restoration researcher. I started in 1978. I'm here to find out what goes on with the food we eat from people who grow it.
I'm going to start with wheat because wheat is considered the staff of life. I disagree. Only
dairy products come with as many dangerous to fatal health impacts compared to wheat and other grains, rice and corn for instance. I read a
thread here about animals not eating wheat seeds. That was very interesting because I wasn't able to find anything about animals eating Einkorn wheat anywhere else using google. Nothing seems to be known other than penetrating the husk of Einkorn wheat is challenging for any animal or bird. So, I'm going to hop skip and jump through this site and see if I can unearth information that scientists have so far ignored or not thought about. Then I'll go back and try to find information about other foods that science isn't telling the truth about.
