The deeper I look, the less inclined I am to attempt it. Bags are harder to keep organized, in the pantry, mice can still get in, and I'm not really seeing much benefit FOR ME, in going this route. Then again, we don't do much camping (or traveling at all, for that matter), anymore, either. But, for anyone going on overnight hikes, camping, biking, canoe/kayak trips, etc, I think this would be a fantastic way to take your own food along, and that would definitely make it worthwhile.
